What are profile levels?
Profile levels are tiers you reach based on the number of points you earn. As you use XEPPT more, you’ll progress from Silver to Gold, and ultimately to Platinum. Each level brings new perks — like lower transaction fees and enhanced benefits. The more active you are, the faster you move up, and the greater your rewards become.
Unlock greater benefits as you earn points
As you earn more points, you’ll automatically unlock the highest level of rewards you qualify for — no action needed. For example, if you're at Silver level and earn enough points to reach Gold, your profile will be upgraded instantly, giving you access to even more exclusive benefits.
Support when your points drop
Once you reach a new level, you’ll keep your benefits for a full 30-day period — even if your points dip temporarily. Life happens, and we get that. That’s why we offer a grace period, so you can continue enjoying your rewards without interruption. Your profile level for the next period will be based on the total points you earned in the previous month.
Maintain your level or move up
If you don’t earn enough points to maintain your current level after the grace period, you’ll be moved down to the tier that matches your recent activity. But don’t worry — once you earn enough points again, you’ll automatically return to your previous level or even unlock the next one.

What is the Momentum loyalty program?
The Momentum loyalty program rewards users for making transactions with XEPPT services and cards. As you earn points, you can progress from the default Silver level to higher profile levels—Gold and Platinum—each offering lower transaction fees.
The program operates on a 30-day period, during which points are accumulated, profile levels are reviewed, and rewards applied. Once your level is set, it remains fixed for the entire period. In the next period, your level will be determined by the points earned in the previous one.
You can always track your progress on your dashboard, where you’ll see how close you are to leveling up or maintaining your current status.
How can I participate in the Momentum program?
To join, simply create a XEPPT wallet account and start earning points by using XEPPT services or by ordering and using your XEPPT card. You’ll automatically earn points with every transaction, helping you advance through the loyalty levels and unlock exclusive benefits.
How do I earn points?
You earn points whenever you make transactions through XEPPT or with your XEPPT cards. Every eligible transaction adds points to your account, helping you progress through the loyalty levels and unlock rewards. You can see the full list of transaction types and how many points each one earns on the My points page in your XEPPT account.
What are the different profile levels and how do they work?
The Momentum loyalty program has three profile levels: Silver (default), Gold, and Platinum. Your profile level determines the transaction fees you pay—higher levels come with lower fees as a reward for your activity.
Your profile level is based on the number of points you earn during a 30-day period. At the end of each period, your level is reviewed and updated based on your total points. Your point balance then resets, and a new period begins.
If you earn enough points to reach a higher level before the 30 days are up, your profile is upgraded immediately, and a new 30-day period starts from that moment.
What benefits do I get at each level?

How much time do I have to earn the points needed to upgrade my profile?
You have a 30-day period to accumulate points needed for upgrading your profile. If you reach the required points before the period ends, your profile level is upgraded immediately, and a new 30-day period begins.
What happens if I level up my account but my points drop over time?
Once you level up, you keep the benefits for the full 30-day period—even if your points drop. At the end of each period, your level is reviewed based on points earned, and your points reset. If you qualify for a higher level early, you’re upgraded immediately and the period restarts. Your level can drop if points decrease, but never by more than one level at a time, protecting you from sudden drops.
