Transfer funds from your XEPPT Wallet to the prepaid card, then use it for supported purchases. Manage the card through XEPPT and keep track of your spending.
Cashback has separate pending and available statuses. Once it is available, use the supported withdrawal flow to move it to your XEPPT Wallet. A confirmed purchase does not necessarily mean the cashback is available yet.
